Capilano Dam Hike

Still exploring the north shores of Van...Oh yeah...fall finally hit around here...rain rain rain.

 Took a rainy day hike to by the capilano dam with Kelsey.

Happy hey.

 Got up on the horizontal tree to walk up it. The rain, my sneakers, and shoulder all decided otherwise.

Sitka X Fashion Show

ThanksGiving....(Canadian)

Just had a crazy long weekend. It started friday night with Kelsey putting on a fashion show for her shop Sitka at the Fortune Sound Club(Big Deal). Yours truly helped by participating in said show. It was rather nerve racking, but really fun. New experiences everyday. Pictures of the show will surface soon. Saturday "morning"(noon)  was followed up with a trip to Steveston Village with Kelsey and her mom, which is an old cannery row, wharf, and fisherman's market. We followed that up with a trip to the B.C. Lions game (Canadian football), which was super fun. Sunday, Thanksgiving breakfast with Kelsey's mom and hike around Lighthouse Park in North Van. Monday was my first paid day of working in about two months. Did a job for TOMS footwear raising awareness sight loss in third world countries. Had Thanksgiving dinner at Kelsey's dad's house Monday night....phew. Killer weekend.

STICK X POKES

Stick and Pokes I've done for my friends as well as ones I've done on myself. Stick and poke tattoo: essentially you take....Sharp pointy thing(i.e. sewing needle, tattoo needle), India ink OR tattoo ink, a thousand little precise stabs to your skin and you get a life long memory. :)
