Still exploring the north shores of Van...Oh yeah...fall finally hit around here...rain rain rain.
Took a rainy day hike to by the capilano dam with Kelsey.
Got up on the horizontal tree to walk up it. The rain, my sneakers, and shoulder all decided otherwise.

I don't know, your shoulder looks pretty boney to me, but then again, what do I know, I'm no Doctor. Glad to hear the Doc felt that.
